Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Web Content Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Northbrook, Illinois. In this role, you will manage and optimize website content to ensure a seamless user experience and maintain brand consistency. The ideal candidate will have expertise in content management systems (CMS) and a strong background in creating and editing web content.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily management and updates of website content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and implement content updates and revisions.
Ensure all web content aligns with brand guidelines and organizational standards.
Use a content management system (CMS) to publish and organize website pages effectively.
Monitor website performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Write, edit, and proofread engaging and accurate web page content.
Optimize content for search engine visibility and improved user experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve content-related issues on the website.
Maintain a comprehensive content calendar to manage updates and projects effectively.

Requirements

Proven experience in web content management or a related role.
Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) for website updates.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) principles.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of web design principles and basic HTML is a plus.
