Job Details

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain projects. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, budgets, timelines, and vendor/partner relationships to ensure successful ERP rollouts and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle of Microsoft D365 ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

  • Oversee project scope, budget, schedule, risks, and deliverables.

  • Act as liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners.

  • Lead requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.

  • Provide executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and financials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business/IT (Master s preferred).

  • 5+ years of ERP Project Management, including 2+ years with Microsoft D365 F&O.

  • Proven success delivering full-cycle ERP projects ($1M+ budgets, multi-site preferred).

  • Strong understanding of ERP business processes; construction industry knowledge a plus.

  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and change management practices a plus.
