ETL Test Lead

We are seeking an experienced ETL Test Lead to manage and oversee the end-to-end testing of data integration, ETL, and data warehouse projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data testing, leadership skills to guide QA teams, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions.

• Lead the planning, design, execution, and reporting of testing for ETL and data migration projects.

• Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases based on business and technical requirements.

• Perform data validation, data reconciliation, and defect management throughout the testing lifecycle.

• Coordinate with offshore/onshore QA teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment of test efforts.

• Work closely with data engineers, BI developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand data flows and requirements.

• Ensure adherence to QA best practices and standards for ETL and data testing.

• Use test automation or query-based validation where applicable to improve efficiency.

• Provide regular status reports, metrics, and defect analysis to stakeholders.

• Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to process improvements.
