RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a ServiceNow IRM Engineer in New York, NY.
Summary:
Join a dynamic and growing team as a ServiceNow IRM Engineer. In this role, you'll design scalable, optimal solutions across Compliance & Risk domains, leveraging hands-on configuration in the ServiceNow platform and modern technologies to meet evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* ServiceNow IRM Engineer will deliver development projects across the full lifecycle: requirements, design, build, test, and implementation
* Create and maintain technical documentation and implementation designs
* Conduct code reviews and mentor team members on design and coding best practices
* Collaborate with scrum teams to prepare configurations for production
* As a ServiceNow IRM Engineer, you will support testing phases and align with broader testing strategies
* Provide consultative input to product owners and contribute to technical roadmaps
* Participate in Agile ceremonies and use tools like Rally
REQUIREMENTS:
* BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 8+ years of overall development experience
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM
* Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configurations, scripting, workflows, ACLs, integrations, and CMDB
* Understanding of GRC/IRM trends
* Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, XML, Java, Jelly scripting, AngularJS
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions to diverse audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Google Cloud Platform and Agile/Scaled Agile Frameworks
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
* Familiarity with JS utilities, conceptual architecture, and emerging technologies like Machine Learning or Generative AI
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
