Job Details

  • Program Planning & Strategy:

Develop and execute program strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives. Coordinate with stakeholders to define clear program objectives, scope, timeline, and resources.

  • Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Lead cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration between departments such as product, engineering, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth program execution. Act as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders.

  • Risk Management & Issue Resolution:

Identify and manage risks throughout the program lifecycle, ensuring mitigation plans are in place. Resolve program-related issues promptly to avoid delays and maintain momentum.

  • Budget & Resource Management:

Oversee program budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while achieving program objectives. Allocate resources efficiently to meet deadlines and project goals.

  • Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:

Provide regular updates on program progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Present insights, challenges, and achievements through reports, presentations, and meetings.

  • Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization:

Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and methodologies for program management. Drive best practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the program management team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science or equivalent, Management of Information Systems, or related business discipline(s).
  • Minimum 15+ years of IT experience
  • 2- 3 years work experience as Scrum Master
  • Good understanding of Agile framework
  • Experience in BFSI domain.
  • Good Knowledge of Mambu and financial domain
  • Experience with Digital banking
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated, self-directed individual with the ability to work independently and/or in team environments.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
