- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing).
- Act as Scrum Master, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
- Ensure project objectives are met within the scope, timeline, and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and improve efficiency.
- Define and manage project scope, schedule, and resources.
- Track and report project performance, escalating risks and issues when necessary.
- Align project goals with business strategy and stakeholder expectations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations, ensuring clarity in progress and project goals.
- Oversee risk management and change control processes.
- Facilitate sprint reviews and retrospectives, promoting feedback for team growth.
- Mentor and coach team members on agile practices and methodologies.
