Scrum Master

Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: 100% Remote
Contract Duration 6+ Months with possibility of an extension

Rate: $51/hr on W2.

Required Skills and Expertise:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Must have experience serving as a Full Time Scrum Master (versus being a PM/Scrum Master)
• Hands-on experience with agile lifecycle management tools, including Jira, Target Process, Confluence, and related reporting dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban principles and practices
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, release coordination, build processes, and DevOps practices.
• Working knowledge of common software development languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) and frameworks.
• Familiarity with development environments and version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• Proven experience in managing multiple Scrum teams
• Must be well versed in the following areas:
  • Facilitating Scrum ceremonies – daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospective
  • Leading PI Planning and Scrum of Scrums (SoS) to align teams.
  • Coordinating cross-team dependencies between dev teams to ensure feature parity.
  • Managing stakeholder transparency through reporting, risk mitigation, and progress updates.
  • Facilitating Agile adoption & process improvements
  • Serving as an effective manager, collaborator, and servant leader
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Should have a continuous improvement mindset
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite
