Quality Assurance Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:
* Quality Assurance Analyst will attend defect triage, stand-up, and remediation meetings to provide defect insights and root cause analysis
* Apply broad testing knowledge to validate software acceptance
* Collaborate in JAD and scope sessions with cross-functional teams
* Create and execute reusable test plans and scripts based on requirements
* Perform various testing types: functional, security, regression, and post-production validation
* Support data setup and reporting for load and automation testing
* Analyze test results, escalate issues, and recommend solutions
* Coordinate with SQA Manager and project teams to meet testing deadlines
* As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will conduct gap analysis and guide testers on new scenarios and regression coverage
* Develop automation scripts and provide technical support
* Deliver Test Summary Reports after each cycle

REQUIREMENTS:
* Hands on experience with any public cloud environment like AWS, MS Azure
* Experience with DevOps technologies such as Jenkins, GitLab and other tools
* Experience working on testing Interfaces that communicate with cloud services
* Must have Prior web services/micro services and interface testing experience
* Process HIPAA ANSI X12 standards and EDI 834, 820, 270, 271, 837 and 999 and good knowledge of Managed Care/Member systems
* Must have technical skills in Oracle SQL Developer, C, C++, Java, Groovy, UNIX scripting, Client MS Office suite
* Excellent Selenium skills with core JAVA experience desired

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
