Job Details

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Enterprise Mobile - Tech Lead for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Insurance Services clients in Hartford, CT or Charlotte, NC .

Responsibilities:
  • Working with Line of Business Application teams and Architecture to define solutions to technical integrations across the Enterprise.
  • Work with Enterprise Mobile Team to implement best practices, review code, and assist in improving team development.
  • Contribute to and work on code for both Front End, Back end, and AWS.
  • Execute in an agile framework (Scrum or Kanban). Effectively communicate questions and impediments to the team as needed.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 5+ years of programming/systems analysis and 3+ years of experience executing in an Agile framework (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe)
  • Strong experience with working on a Mobile Application.. Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript are foundational to this position.
  • Strong Testing Framework experience and methodology.
  • Familiarity with GIT and GitHub Flow are essential
  • Solid understanding of CSS.
  • High level of independence and integrity while being a solid team player
  • Demonstrated ability to complete tasks within established timelines
  • Strong relationship building skills; Exceptional Communication skills - written and verbal

Preferred Skills:
  • Playwright experience is preferred.
  • Ionic Hybrid is preferred, but Native applications will also be considered.
  • UX experience with Figma and Design Tokens is preferred.
