Agile Coach

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Release Train Engineer with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Help ensure planning readiness
• Strategic alignment and organizational readiness for planning (planning scope and context)
• Leadership and team preparedness for the event (content readiness)
• Manage the logistics for the event (facility or technology and tooling for remote events)
• Optimize flow of epics/features and value delivered by a complex/larger Agile Release Train (aka: Solution Train)
• Facilitate Solution Train ceremonies, manage dependencies, report the health of epic/feature delivery and overall program increment, and promote agile principles/mindset through coaching
• Ensure impediments to delivery are resolved quickly, protect the Trains from disruptions, and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in technology and serving as a hands-on Scrum Master
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Technology or Similar
• Agile coaching experience
• Working knowledge of Lean Agile SDLC processes and deliverables
• Working knowledge Application Lifecycle Management
• Experience in education at all levels of management within the agile framework (portfolio, program, team)
• Excellent analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Process and detailed oriented
• Willingness to be accountable for meeting all deliverable dates for task assignments
• Ability to foster strong collaboration among team members and help team solve problems
• Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex fast paced environment without sacrificing quality or timelines
