Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and maintain solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and external applications using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
  • Perform data loads, data migrations, and ongoing data integration activities ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Support and enhance Salesforce-based billing processes, including invoicing, pricing, and revenue-related workflows.
  • Troubleshoot integration, data, and billing-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and Salesforce configuration.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in system integrations and data exchange (mandatory).
  • Solid experience with data loading, data migration, and data integration (mandatory).
  • Strong experience in billing processes and related Salesforce modules (mandatory).
  • Experience with Salesforce tools such as Data Loader, APIs, and integration frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Developer).
  • Experience with Salesforce billing-related products such as Salesforce CPQ or Billing.
