Data Center Support/ Operations Engineers

Client Name- Cloud Infra provider- will share name later

Santa Clara CA- 5 days office is must

Work hours -it will be a 8 hour shift in PST hours we will tell you shift time on selection

Visa -any

Key Responsibilities:

(1) Perform equipment installations compute, network, storage, racks, PDUs, cabling, etc.

(2) Closely monitor infrastructure to prevent failures and service degradation

(3) Assist in the diagnosing, troubleshooting, and escalating any problems internally and externally.

(4) Work with other Operations teams on troubleshooting and resolution of problems including hardware failures and physical connectivity problems

(5) Communicate and coordinate with remote hands in remote datacenters

(6) Maintain impeccable documentation around our datacenter configuration

(7) Set standards of excellence for all datacenter operations

(8) Maintain asset inventory both installed and spares

(9) Perform all shipping and receiving duties including RMA activities

(10) Maintain clean and orderly premises at all times

(11) Update and work on tickets and tasks assigned in a timely manner

(12) Follow change management process

(13) Participate in off hours change windows
