Job Details
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan and direct the installation of Information Technology projects that typically impact multiple business areas.
- Provide ongoing work direction and leadership to assigned teams to ensure timely and effective project execution.
- Participate in employee development, coaching, and ongoing performance management.
- Apply expertise in own discipline while continuing to acquire higher-level knowledge and skills.
- Build knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers.
- Solve a range of straightforward problems.
- Analyze possible solutions using standard procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
