Responsibilities

We're actively seeking a SharePoint Software Engineer to enhance our Cyber Mission business unit in Jessup, MD. This is more than a job-it's a calling for those passionate about defending our nation's digital frontiers.

As a pivotal member of our team, you'll take on challenges that matter, supporting one of the Intelligence Community's most significant engineering contracts. With a focus on SharePoint, your role will encompass the full software development lifecycle: from requirements analysis and design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Innovate and Implement: Utilize your expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create dynamic webpages that are not only functional but also user-friendly and visually appealing.
Drive Excellence: Play a key role in workflow optimization and process improvement, ensuring our projects not only meet but exceed our high standards.
Lead and Collaborate: Work within an Agile environment, employing tools like Jira to manage projects efficiently. Your ability to track and resolve tickets during sprints will keep us on the cutting edge of technology solutions.
Document and Guide: Whether it's drafting technical documentation or crafting user guides, your work will empower both your team and our end-users by providing clear, concise, and invaluable resources.

Qualifications

Individual Capabilities/Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
Eight years of experience as a Software Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. Four years of additional software engineering experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools
Proficiency in SharePoint, Confluence, and Coding/Development.
Front-end GUI/ Page Development
HTML, CSSL, and JavaScript usage
Security+ Certification (or equivalent).
Position requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Individual Capabilities/Experience Desired:

Ability to work in a team environment.
Familiarity with the PMO.
Ability to work constructively and successfully with diverse stakeholders to resolve mission and technical issues is critical.
A self-starter, with attention to detail, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Target Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
