Job Description
This role is an Interim Manager role with a large health system located in Wisconsin. This system is comprised of 18 hospitals across several states, based in central Wisconsin. The client has several vacancies in supply chain leadership and ECG (management consulting firm) has been brought in to stabilize Supply Chain operations, find efficiencies and drive cost savings. They are looking for a seasoned consultant who can serve at the Interim Manager over the procure to pay areas as well as materials management.
This person will need to have a strong background in supply chain operations (not exclusively technology) and be well-versed in using the MMIS module in Infor/Lawson platform.
This is part of a larger ERP supply chain transformation that the customer is going through. Over the last few years they went from being a $500 million/year organization to $3 billion through M&A. As a result all shared services were disparate and there is a general lack of standardization. They are focused on trying to stabilize supply chain operations, find efficiencies, bring in new leadership and save $80 million in non labor expenses. All hospitals are on Lawson they re just not using the system to its fullest.
