Job Details
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop the project s test/quality strategy, ensuring adequate test coverage, designing test scenarios, executing testing, and participating in defect triaging.
- Participate in project estimation sessions.
- Work closely with the Product Owner, the Business, and developers throughout the project to promote understanding of requirements, refining requirements to identify quality issues early in the process and prevent re-work.
- Conduct and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage change requests.
- Provide 2nd level customer support for technical inquiries on Bank products with a high degree of customer satisfaction.

- Ability to write T-SQL and PL/SQL queries for purposes of data analysis, issue causes/solutions, formulating requirements, and verification of development changes.
- Understanding of multiple-level database structures and the methods of joining/linking the various levels together.
- Work with users/support teams of upstream data sources and downstream data warehouses to understand the nature and flow of data from end-to-end, and use understanding and knowledge gained to provide necessary mapping and logic requirements for how the source data can be extracted, translated, and loaded into the downstream target databases in the most accurate and efficient methods possible.
- Develop and maintain formatted reports using prompted data reporting and visualization applications, specifically SAP Business Objects.
- Work with internal and external users of reports to understand requirements and report usages/purposes and developing both the source-data queries which generate the necessary information and the formatted visualizations of the data for the end users.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a technical environment.
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or Finance or related field.
- Experience in the lending/loan servicing domain is preferred. If not, financial domain experience is highly desirable.
