Description

Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the lab support working with the stores and POS systems
- Building labs if needed, maintain lab presence, serve as level 3 support for help desk with advanced troubleshooting
- System Management: Oversee the daily operations of POS systems, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to end-users, addressing any issues or concerns related to the POS systems.
- Configuration and Updates: Configure and update POS systems as needed, including software updates and hardware maintenance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the POS systems meet the organization's needs.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, updates, and any issues that arise.
