Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support the full suite of Microsoft 365 services.
- Manage user accounts, licenses, and security groups in Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Office 365 services.
- Implement and maintain security policies, compliance settings, and data loss prevention (DLP) rules.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Office 365 with other enterprise systems.
- Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates and recommend improvements.
- Manage mobile device access and security through Intune or other MDM solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
- Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Defender, Intune, and compliance center tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with hybrid environments (on-premises AD + Azure AD).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) best practices.
