Location: Addison, TX (Hybrid)
Position Summary
The Sr. Manager, Security - NetSec/Ops/IR (Network Security, Operations, and Incident Response) will be responsible for overseeing and implementing network security strategies and technologies, ensuring protection of the organization's digital assets and infrastructure. This individual will collaborate with stakeholders in product management, engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver timely and secure technological solutions. Regular communication with senior leadership on status, risks, and change control is expected.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and enforce network security policies, standards, and procedures.

Identify, assess, and mitigate network security threats and vulnerabilities.

Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of security technologies, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs.

Lead and coordinate incident response and manage security breaches.

Mentor, coach, and manage a team of network security professionals.

Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure adherence to security best practices.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Conduct regular security risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

Manage the network security budget and allocate resources effectively.
Education & Credentials

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (required).

Equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

Certifications preferred (not specified).

Continuing education not required for this role.
Required Experience
-
Minimum 5 years of management experience leading a technical program management team.

Proven experience with cloud-delivered security services.
