Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Analytics Expert with deep experience in pharmaceutical commercial analytics to support Neurology and Oncology therapeutic areas. This role involves interpreting complex datasets, building insightful reports, and supporting strategic commercial decisions through data-driven analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret commercial pharma data including prescription, claims, and specialty distribution datasets.
- Design, develop, and maintain analytical dashboards and reports using SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and Excel.
- Manage and optimize data collection systems, ensuring data integrity and quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Support data warehouse initiatives, including reporting enhancements and data governance.
- Provide actionable insights to commercial teams to drive strategic decision-making.
- Develop visualizations and narratives to communicate effectively to business stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 3 years in commercial pharma analytics and reporting.
- Therapeutic Knowledge: Experience with Neurology and Oncology market dynamics preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong SQL proficiency
- Expertise in Power BI or Tableau
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of data visualization is the best practices
- Strong understanding of commercial pharma datasets (prescription, claims, specialty distribution).
- Ability to present complex analytics in a clear, actionable format for business teams.
