Here's what the opportunity supported through our TGS Talent Acquisition Team requires:
The senior ServiceNow System Analyst is the liaison between stakeholders and the development team. The analyst is responsible for translating business requirements and representing stakeholders during all phases of the lifecycle (planning, development, and release processes).
Essential Duties
Develop business and system requirements, process flows, and test plans using ServiceNow best practices.
Support quality assurance within ServiceNow development lifecycle with functional testing and lead/coordinate User Acceptance Testing sessions with
stakeholders.
Participate in technical review sessions
Assist in and/or lead scrum ceremonies: backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprints/daily standups, retrospectives, etc.
Participate in project planning sessions, prioritization meetings, build/deploy activities, and other priorities.
Manage complexity resulting from large projects and/or multiple stakeholders
Work directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow, responding promptly and professionally.
Work collaboratively with peers to coordinate the overall delivery of technology solutions to the customer.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to develop solutions and execute planned changes.
Manage time to balance individual work with the success of the team and the client on multiple projects.
Coach and mentor team members as needed.
Required Qualifications
1. 7+ years of experience working as a business analyst
2. 5+ years of professional services experience
3. 3+ years of ServiceNow experience including but not limited to the following:
a. Hands-on experience with working with ServiceNow core applications such as ITSM, ITBM, ITOM or HR
b. Building reports and dashboards for internal team use as well as end users
c. Basic understanding of the difference between business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies and data policies, and when it is appropriate to use each
d. Hands on experience with modifying form and list views in ServiceNow
e. Experience setting up and managing a Visual Task Board (VTB)
4. Ability to understand business processes and translate into technical specifications
5. Working understanding of SDLC and Agile development best practices
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills (English language)
7. Strong conceptual and analytical skills, which demonstrates unique problem-solving approaches
8. Proven ability to appropriately prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment
9. Customer-focused approach with outstanding interpersonal skills
10. Highly skilled with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
Preferred Qualifications
1. Degree or equivalent in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science
2. ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA)
3. ITIL v3 or v4 foundations certification
4. ScrumMaster certification (CSM) and/or Leading SAFe certification
5. Understanding of Managed Service providers and how they work with various customers
6. PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) or IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP ) Certification
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $84500.00 - $126700.00/yr.

Additional earnings may be available through incentive programs like annual bonuses, profit sharing, etc.
