Job Title: Junior Telecom Core Engineer
Location: Onsite Plano, TX
Employment Type: Fulltime

Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Telecom Core Engineer to support 4G/5G core network operations. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in telecom core concepts and basic hands-on exposure to call flows and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Support 4G EPC and 5G Core network operations
Assist in analyzing core network call flows and signaling
Troubleshoot attach failures, call drops, and data issues
Work with senior engineers on network configuration and testing
Analyze logs and protocol traces for issue resolution

Required Skills

Knowledge of 4G EPC architecture (MME, SGW, PGW, HSS)
Understanding of 5G SA & NSA architecture
Basic knowledge of IMS, VoLTE, VoNR
Familiarity with 3GPP call flows
Basic troubleshooting and analytical skills

Nice to Have

Exposure to protocol analyzers (Wireshark, etc.)
Hands-on lab or project experience in telecom core
