About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Controlling (CO) professional with a strong focus on Product Costing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the pharmaceuticals and healthcare industry, a deep understanding of finance domain and manufacturing processes, and a solid background in SAP-ERP Product Costing technical capabilities. This role requires expertise in complex supply chain finance business processes and a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end business process linkages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform SAP Product Costing configuration, including Cost Component Structure and Costing Variant configuration.
  • Manage Material Ledger configuration, cutover, and data migration processes.
  • Conduct variance analysis and period-end closing activities.
  • Work with Cost Object Controlling, including Work in Process (WIP), variance calculation, and settlement structures.
  • Collaborate on integrated manufacturing processes, including subcontracting.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) and GxP (Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations.
  • Apply Agile methodology throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Analyze and troubleshoot problems, providing effective solutions for complex business challenges.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP Product Costing and Material Ledger.
  • Expertise in Supply Chain Finance business processes.
  • Experience with Product Cost Planning, Cost Object Controlling, and Actual Costing.
  • Familiarity with various Cost Objects (Profitability Segment, WBS, Orders).
  • Experience in the Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare industry.
  • Solid understanding of SOX and GxP compliance.
  • Proficiency with Agile methodology.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of project and budgeting systems.
  • Experience with parallel valuation and plan vs actual cost comparison.
