Join a dynamic team as a Deployment Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting and implementing network and telephony solutions for North American stores. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from any location, with the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the deployment of network and telephony hardware/software for North American stores.
- Manage on-site technicians and act as the primary point of contact for store activities.
- Collaborate with construction teams to implement networking solutions and configure hardware.
- Order and coordinate network and telephony circuits to meet project deadlines.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee shipping and receiving activities.
- Update and maintain inventory and reporting systems using Excel, PowerBI, and other tools.
- Provide regular status reports on network activities and changes to leadership.
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerBI.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Four years of IT experience, with at least two years in networking.
- Experience with routers, switches, LAN/WAN, and telephony systems.
- Project management or coordination experience.
- Retail or field experience in a similar environment.
