We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager who combines strategic vision, technical fluency, and strong analytical ability to shape the future of supply chain systems and operations. This role bridges business, technology, and operations, leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions that optimize efficiency and scalability across the enterprise.
What You'll Do
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Tech Ops Supply Chain digital initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, UX, operations, and IT to translate complex needs into clear, actionable user stories and requirements.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and design to launch and iteration.
- Lead alignment across teams, facilitate meetings, and present product strategy and progress to leadership.
- Conduct continuous business and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Manage priorities and delivery cadence for consistent, high-quality releases.
- Champion adoption and readiness, ensuring launch materials and communications are clear, coordinated, and effective.

- Analytical Skills - Strong ability to interpret BRDs, write user stories, and identify critical data points.
- Technical Expertise - Comfortable engaging in architecture discussions and understanding data flows across complex systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field (MS or MBA preferred).
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in product management.
- 5+ years in supply chain, inventory management, or industrial distribution.
- Proven success in managing multiple product initiatives within large organizations.
- Experience leading and developing cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver products from concept to launch and drive measurable business results.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset; able to use data to back up decisions and strategy.
- Thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments and is comfortable with ambiguity.
Logistics
- Assignment Duration: Through March 31, 2026 (extension highly likely)
- Schedule: Remote (preference for candidates based near Chicago, IL)
- Core Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CT
- Travel: Occasional for key meetings or in-person collaboration
- Interview Process:
- Round 1: Introductory conversation with Hiring Manager
- Round 2: One-hour video interview with key team members
- Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the United States without Sponsorship.
- Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401 (k) options after 60 days of employment.
- Pay: $70-90 per hour, based on experience - W2 only
