FS (Vue, Node, AWS)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an FS (Vue, Node, AWS) in Westlake, TX.

Duties:
* Working as part of an Agile Scrum team
* Developing, maintaining, and testing solutions across the Vue-Node- AWS tech stack
* Crafting and implementing solutions that align with the wider technology strategy
* Documenting & sharing technical solutions and diagrams
* Driving technical hygiene and adoption of engineering best practices and standards
* Effectively partnering and communicating with other specialists and partners across BDX and the wider company
* Performing code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing
* Identifying and resolving issues within the production and non-production environments

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering
* 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Vue and NodeJS
* Hands-on experience with logging and supervising tools - Splunk and Datadog
* Practical experience with containerization and Kubernetes
* Good understanding of cloud-computing and software development on AWS
* Strong problem-solving skills within sophisticated, distributed deployments
* Comfortable working in a mature development environment that leverages standard CI/CD tools and pipelines (Jenkins, Artifactory, uDeploy, etc.)
* Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical teammates
* A positive attitude and strong work-ethic

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
