Ideal Candidate
An ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience specifying commercial building products to architects, interior designers, facility end users, and general contractors in the Houston area.
They must be comfortable with holding large presentations and traveling.
Summary
As our Sales Territory Manager - Spaces Markets, you will be focused on identifying, developing, and maintaining business in Education, Hospitality, Government, and all other commercial markets outside of healthcare.
Role and Responsibilities
You will have ownership for maximizing sales, ensuring market penetration with existing accounts, and actively pursuing new customers and developing new opportunities.
As you maintain and build strong relationships across our customer base, you will also gain recognition as an industry resource and product expert.
A day in the life of this position will include networking, setting appointments, and conducting presentations with current and future customers.
The territory includes Houston, San Antonio, and South Texas.

Reside in the Houston area, and be passionate about selling products of the highest quality and value in their class.
Position requires the candidate to be energized by working for a world-class manufacturer and collaborating on cross-functional teams.
They must be a self-starter, organized, and recognize the importance of building and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships.
Candidates must have a Bachelor s degree and demonstrate excellent presentation and computer skills.
Prior outside B2B sales experience is preferred.
