Job Details

  • Provide Tier 3 Support via ServiceNow incidents.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to operation of systems for which the team is responsible for.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of initiatives and projects.
  • Performs deep dive troubleshooting of responsible systems.
  • Escalate Issues with vendors and track progress to resolution.
  • Work with a wide range of products to meet the messaging, directory, and collaboration needs.
  • Flexibility in work hours to ensure critical coverage on call rotation in a 24 x 7 environment.
  • Clearly and concisely communicate the status of any issues to management.
  • Research and troubleshoot complex issues, identify optimization opportunities and communicate these to engineering teams.
  • Design, implement, and improve operational processes and procedures including updating documentation as new procedures are defined.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands on administrative experience in Active Directory, Email, and Communications Technologies.
  • Familiarity with GitHub Enterprise.
  • Understanding of Regex.
  • Demonstrated in-depth knowledge in MS Exchange 2010-2019 and Exchange Online.
  • Demonstrated experience in Office 365 and hybrid environments.
  • A strong understanding of TCP/IP-based services, including DNS, DFS, DHCP, SSH, SMTP, etc.
  • Strong experience building and managing Windows 2012-2019 servers.
  • Recognize opportunities for resolution and own what is needed to drive resolution, identify and recommend support process improvements.
