iSphere is seeking a Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Fusion s Travel & Expenses module. In this role, you ll configure, optimize, and support the Travel & Expenses functionality to ensure seamless processing of travel requests, expense reporting, approvals, and reimbursements. You ll serve as the subject matter expert, aligning the system with business needs and compliance requirements.

What You ll Be Doing:

• Lead configuration and optimization of the Oracle Cloud Fusion Travel & Expenses module

• Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into accurate system settings

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations for travel and expense management

• Support testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of updates and enhancements

• Document functional configurations, workflows, and process changes

• Collaborate with other Oracle Cloud module leads to ensure smooth cross-module integration

What We re Looking For:

• Proven functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Fusion Travel & Expenses

• Strong understanding of expense policies, approval workflows, reimbursement processing, and audit controls

• Experience leading configuration projects from requirements gathering through production rollout

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment while managing deliverables on schedule
