Job Details

Our client is excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to join their growing professional services organization.

You will focus on selling complex solutions to upper mid-market and lower-enterprise organizations, often involving long sales cycles and high-value deals between $1M and $3M on signing. You are responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, proposing the best solutions and negotiating contracts. This is a professional-services sales role, not product.

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales; Marketing, this role comes with a generous compensation and benefits package, including an uncapped commission structure. The company boasts a 36-year history and has a customer base exceeding 1,000 customers in North America and is thriving in this fast-growing market.

Duties and responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging a thorough understanding of
customer needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and satisfaction
Prepare and present compelling sales presentations and proposals to close deals
Analyze sales data and market trends to continuously improve sales performance
Stay current on industry developments and market trends to effectively position products
and services particularly in ERP, CRM, BI and AI.

Qualifications
Results oriented someone who wants to win and loves a challenge and loves the
energy of a winning team
Deep familiarity with mid-market ERP and CRM solutions is a must, specifically Microsoft
Dynamics 365, Finance and Operations, Business Central and associated ISV products.
Previous experience with a Microsoft Partner is preferred though not essential.
Competitive experience with SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, Sage, or others is an asset.
Previous experience with a software vendor is an asset.
Proven ability to collaborate effective within teams and navigate complex, extended
project cycles.
Shows perseverance and grit someone who has overcome tough challenges either
professionally or personally.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work with employees at all
levels.
College or university degree with a focus on business is an asset.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams).
Valid driver license and able to travel as needed.
Must be US-based and have unrestricted legal authorization to work in the US.
