Position: ServiceNow Program Manager with Telecom Client Exp

Duration : 12 Months

Location: 100% Remote

SUMMARY

Ideal candidates will have experience implementing Proactive Service Experience Workflow and Account Lifecycle Events solutions within ServiceNow's Telecom Service Management (TSM) module. This ServiceNow experience is to be combined with a sharp business operations value generation mindset and proven abilities to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. This person must lead project estimation-tracking, team lead coordination and delegation, budgeted execution, change ordering, status reporting, communications (Status Reporting & Senior Executive) and potentially any other common program management function.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Program Management Leadership Experience
    • Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timelines
    • Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
    • Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors
    • Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
    • Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
    • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
    • Communicate in both technical/non-technical terms
    • Work on continuous improvement by sharing experiences and knowledge with the team
    • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance

REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrated experience implementing and/or program managing Telecom Network Operating System (NOC) Service Assurance solutions
  • General Telecommunications B2B Operations experience, with an understanding of the Order Entry, Order Management, Fulfillment, and Operations processes that support the Telecommunications industry
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and/or program managing Proactive Service Experience Workflow and Account Lifecycle Events solutions within ServiceNow's Telecom Service Management (TSM) module
  • Experience with ServiceNow Telecommunications product portfolio, to include
    • Primary
      • Telecommunications Service Management
      • Telecommunications Service Operations Management (TSOM)
      • TM Forum data structures and open APIs
    • Secondary
      • Telecommunications Order Management (OMT)
      • Telecommunications Network Inventory (TNI)
  • Total comfort and ease in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Public speaking and presentation skills
  • 2+ years of experience as a key resource for ServiceNow solutions in client environments
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow experience
  • 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience
