A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Sr. Project Coordinator


Position Type: Contract or Contract to hire

Duration: 12 Months

Location: LK BUENA VIS, Florida 32830 (Hybrid Monday-Thursday on-site and Fridays remote)

As a Sr. Project Coordinator, you will:

Be a dynamic, results-driven individual to assist in the coordination, planning, and on-site execution of events. You will be responsible for sponsorship acquisition efforts, driving external registration sales, assisting in managing key subcommittees, and providing essential support across multiple workstreams.

Primary Revenue Generation (70% of role):

  • Sponsorship Sales: Drive sponsorship revenue to meet/exceed targets through prospecting, relationship building, solution selling and contract negotiation
  • External Registration Support: Significantly contribute to achieving external registration revenue goal through identification of marketing tactics to meet the registration target
  • Lead Sponsors Subcommittee: Under the management of the Program Manager, direct the activities of an 8-person subcommittee to execute sponsor-related initiatives

Production & Event Support (20% of role):

  • Assist Production subcommittee with signage coordination, production scheduling, and partner engagement
  • Support program guide development using Adobe InDesign
  • Collaborate on venue logistics and attendee experience optimization

Strategic Planning & Operations (10% of role):

  • Develop and track metrics to assess goal effectiveness across workstreams
  • Manage communications with partners and vendors
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external business partners
  • Support overall conference planning, development, and execution
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to enhance project outcomes


The ideal candidate must have:

  • The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in event sales.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Adobe InDesign
  • Customer service experience

Education:

  • Bachelor s in hospitality management, Communication or Related Field.

Pay Range: $35.00/hr - $40.74/hr, depending on Experience

Available Shifts: 1st Shift: 8:00 AM 05:00 PM

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
