About the Role:
We are seeking a highly specialized and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support and advance our client's Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) capabilities. This role is crucial for optimizing our existing SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and aligning business requirements, designing scalable solutions, and managing the end-to-end deployment of an integrated ICM system. This is a key technical leadership position requiring strong experience in ICM implementation and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the definition and alignment of ICM business requirements across various business units and with key stakeholders in Sales, HR, Finance, Operations, and IT.
- Facilitate the design of a scalable and integrated solution architecture that enhances the existing ICM system.
- Align the design and architectural roadmap with customer's architectural governance and enterprise security requirements.
- Finalize a detailed delivery schedule and approach to ensure readiness for the build and deployment phases.
- Identify necessary technical components and dependencies for successful implementation.
- Update the business case, risk assessment, and resource model to reflect the integrated ICM solution.
Essential Skills:
- Deep expertise in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and experience with SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management.
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong experience in solution architecture and design.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in leading technical teams and bridging the gap between business and technology.
- Proficiency in project management and delivery planning.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with architectural governance frameworks.
- Familiarity with enterprise security requirements.
- Knowledge of various project methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Experience in risk assessment and business case development.
