Job Details
This role is responsible for DevOps strategy, standards, and technical leadership, working closely with AWS ProServe, enterprise platform teams, and application owners.
Key Responsibilities:
Define CD architecture and deployment standards aligned with AWS Outposts and enterprise guardrails.
Define and own CD architecture using GitHub Actions for application deployments and AWS CodeDeploy for Terraform execution and infrastructure provisioning workflows.
Design deployment strategies for EC2-based workloads.
Ensure like-to-like migration compliance with no application re-architecture.
Establish quality gates and controls in CD pipelines (approvals, compliance checks).
Define Terraform architecture standards, module usage, and best practices aligned to approved infrastructure patterns.
Review and govern DevOps designs for Large (L) and Extra-Large (XL) applications.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to DevOps engineers.
Act as the primary DevOps interface for AWS ProServe, security teams, and program governance.
Ensure alignment with:
AWS Outposts Shared Responsibility Model
Enterprise cloud governance and security standards
Define rollback and redeployment strategies aligned with cutover patterns.
Required Skills & Experience:
+10 years of experience in DevOps / Platform / Cloud Engineering
Strong hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, EBS)
Proven expertise in CI/CD concepts, with clear separation of CI and CD ownership.-Github
Strong experience with Terraform and deployment automation.
Strong experience designing CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and AWS CodeDeploy
Experience designing enterprise-scale migration and release strategies.
Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
