SAP FI AFC Consultant | Contract | Remote (U.S. Based)
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AFC Consultant to support SAP S/4HANA Financial Close processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Advanced Financial Closing (AFC) configuration and localization settings, with experience supporting complex enterprise environments.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of SAP configuration experience, including hands-on work with S/4HANA systems.
- Strong expertise in SAP Advanced Financial Closing (AFC), including:
- Maintaining localization settings and parameter types.
- Configuring task models, task list models, and task dependencies.
- Managing register programs and maintaining variables.
- Experience collaborating with SAP Finance teams to configure Account Balance Validations and integrate with S/4 communication systems.
- Ability to manage OSS/system incidents and provide continuous support throughout project lifecycles.
- Background in global project environments, including setup of global task list templates across multiple company codes.
- Proven ability to coordinate Customer Influence Requests to the AFC product team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be based in the U.S. and able to work remotely.
