- Job Summary:
We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with 5+ years of specialized experience in Nokia Microwave Digital Radio systems (e.g., MDR-8000) and TSM-8000 fault management, and 10+ years in wireless network operations and engineering. The ideal candidate will lead critical initiatives involving the installation, configuration, management, and troubleshooting of Nokia s microwave solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support for Nokia MDR-8000 microwave radio systems.
- Lead the installation, commissioning, and configuration of Nokia microwave equipment.
- Manage and optimize the Nokia TSM-8000 fault management system for proactive monitoring and incident resolution.
- Troubleshoot complex network and equipment issues across multiple layers.
- Interface with engineering, operations, and vendor teams to ensure seamless network performance.
- Develop technical documentation and best practices for operational teams.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in wireless network operations and engineering.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Nokia MDR-8000 and TSM-8000 platforms.
- Strong knowledge of microwave radio principles, network fault management, and field deployment practices.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives and mentor technical staff.
