Sr. UX Designer (Salesforce + Financial Services Experience) Location: Tysons Corner, VA Onsite 4 Days/Week (Local Candidates Only)
A leading organization in the financial services sector is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join their digital transformation initiative.
This is a high-impact, design-focused role reimagining workflows and member experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Key Requirements:
- Must have experience designing for commercial/enterprise clients
- Salesforce Lightning design/development experience.
- Financial services background must.
- Strong experience with Figma, wireframing, prototyping, and digital architecture
- Able to reimagine workflows and overhaul user journeys
- Familiarity with design systems and UX standards maintenance
- Comfortable conducting usability tests, contextual inquiries, and presenting feedback-driven design solutions
- Self-starter who can act as an independent contributor, collaborating closely with 1 2 business units
Responsibilities:
- Supplement and evolve an existing robust design system
- Deliver journey flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders
- Drive UX strategy across digital properties: public website, account origination, online banking, and more
- Translate leadership vision into actionable, impactful UX deliverables
