Job Title: Sr.Net Developer
Location: Remote (Base Location: Los Angeles, CA)
Duration: Contract to Hire (after 3-6 months client will hire the candidate full-time)

The .NET Developer II designs and develops .NET Web applications, web services, and windows applications using C#.NET on Visual studio .NET 2010 and 2013, JavaScript, AJAX and is under the supervision of a senior or lead developer. This position supports existing developed applications.
Qualifications:
- .NET developer with core .NET skills which includes C#, RESTAPI s, Web services, JSON, JQUERY, Angular, Angular JS, SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS
- Strong health care background
- Required: Bachelor's Degree in IT., Computer Science, or related business area.
- Preferred: Master's Degree in IT., Computer Science, or related business area.
- Equivalent: Instead of a degree, equivalent education and/or experience may be considered.
- Required: At least 5 years' experience developing .NET applications using C#.NET on Visual studio 2010/2013 with at least 2 years' experience with MSSQL 2010/2012 and Oracle 10g/11i/12c.
- Experience in developing solutions using ASP.NET, MVC 4.0, Restless web services using SQL Server 2010 & 2012 as backend.
- Experience with Hyland OnBase is good to have.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Oracle 12c & PL/SQL Development and should Experience with Software development life cycle be a plus.
- Required: Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must.
- Must acquire and enhance technological expertise by becoming current with evolving systems programming, analysis, and database technology.
- Must develop, foster, and maintain an open, professional relationship with other team members within IT and with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Design, Development, & Support of .NET applications. Maintain effective security aligned with HIPAA, state, and federal requirements.
- Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to designing, coding, and testing new Windows and web software applications.
- Create technical specifications and test plans. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
- Administration of Intranet; Maintain existing intranet web applications with 99.99% availability.
- Development of MSSQL and PL/SQL; Develop and maintain database-related tasks in support of developed .NET applications with 99.99% availability.
- Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan, and identifying areas for modification and improvement.
- Maintain effective security aligned with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), state and federal requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
