Risk and Quality Assurance Advisor

What does a successful Technical Quality Assurance Advisor do?

As a Technical Quality Assurance Advisor at Fiserv, you will ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will maintain high standards, improve user experience, collaborate with development teams, lead QA initiatives, and mentor junior team members. Your expertise will drive the successful delivery of innovative solutions.

What you will do:

• Lead quality assurance efforts for complex software projects.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans.
• Identify, report, and track defects to resolution.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members.

What you will need to have:

• 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• 4+ years of experience in automation testing.
• 4+ years of experience in performance testing.
• 4+ years of experience in Agile methodologies.

What would be great to have

• 4+ years of experience with automated testing tools.
• 3+ years of experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools.
• Certification in software testing methodologies
