Dot Net Developer with MES

Job Title: Development Lead

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Duration: 6+ Months

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• Experience Required:10 - 15 Years
• Proven experience as a Development Lead or Technical Lead in Agile software development projects.
• Strong hands-on expertise in fullstack development using technologies such as Angular/ReactJS (frontend), Node.js/Django (backend), C++/C#, .NET, and Oracle/SQL databases.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum practices, and DevOps concepts.
• Experience in architecting, designing, and developing scalable enterprise applications.
• Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Cit), CI/CD pipelines (e.8., Jenkins). and containerization (e.g., Docker).
• Ability to drive code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to coding standards.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS:

• Experience in MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) or industrial automation domains.
• Familiarity with semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or related industries.
• Exposure to MES platforms (Critical Manufacturing, GE Proficy, custom MES).
• Experience with Linux OS, networking, and shell scripting.
• Knowledge of Apache Pulsar, Web APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with GenAl tools for code generation, review, and test automation.
• SAEe Agile or advanced technical certifications

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in a technical/development lead role.
• Demonstrated experience in leading development teams for large-scale, complex projects.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating with distributed teams (onsite- offshore model).
• Prior experience in MES or manufacturing automation projects is highly desirable..
