Job Title: Business Analyst (Senior Level) IV
Location: NYC, NY
Job Description
As a member of the FP&A Transformation project team with the Insurance System Transformation, the FP&A Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting projects that enhance and automate financial planning and analysis processes. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong analytical aptitude, the ability to evaluate and optimize processes related to FP&A projections, and experience working with complex financial data. Prior exposure to Life & Annuity insurance or related financial services firms is highly preferred.
Required Experience & Skills
- 5 10+ years of FP&A, business analysis, or financial systems experience ideally within Life & Annuity insurance or financial services.
- Familiarity with FP&A software tools (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights).
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus comfort working with large financial datasets.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities able to translate business needs into technical requirements.
