Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Consultant with hands-on expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to support the design, implementation, and optimization of our NetSuite ERP and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve inventory visibility, warehouse workflows, and order fulfillment processes using NetSuite WMS modules and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, implement, and support NetSuite ERP with a focus on WMS modules (inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, bin management, pick/pack/ship, etc.).
  • Analyze warehouse processes and translate them into scalable NetSuite WMS
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide functional/technical recommendations, and ensure optimal use of NetSuite WMS
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and supply chain teams to streamline inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping processes.
  • Troubleshoot WMS-related issues including barcode scanning, mobile devices, and real-time syncing.
  • Create and maintain custom reports, saved searches, dashboards, and scripts to support warehouse KPIs.
  • Provide training and documentation to warehouse and operations users.
  • Perform periodic system audits and recommend process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with NetSuite support or 3rd-party vendors for integrations (e.g., RF-SMART, ShipHawk, SPS Commerce).

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3 5+ years of experience with NetSuite ERP administration or implementation.
  • 2+ years working directly with NetSuite WMS or 3PL integrations.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations: receiving, inventory transfers, cycle counting, shipping, etc.
  • Experience with bin management, barcode scanning, and mobile WMS
  • Familiarity with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and Saved Searches.
  • Ability to document workflows, train end-users, and create SOPs.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing, e-commerce, or distribution environments is a plus.
