Security Project Manager / Financial Industry

This local financial institution is looking for a Security Project Manager to roll up their sleeves and join the strong security department there. This person would ideally use their technical security/SecOps background to do a mix of hands on and project management with the security solutions initiatives. The primary focus will be making sure security tasks are completed on time, but also putting hands on keyboard when needed. They are pushing towards Agile as well. This is a full-time position that would ideally be hybrid in Philadelphia, but remote can be an option if needed.

Ideal candidates will have around 4 years of experience that includes hands on security operations. Any certs (PMP or otherwise) would be a huge plus. Familiarity with Sailpoint, MFA, and Agile would be great. Experience coordinating SOC teams and project teams will also be helpful.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience that includes security operations
  • Vulnerability management, EDR, IAM, or similar
• Strong project management experience
  • Security projects included
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• PMP certification
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Agile experience
• MFA and Sailpoint knowledge
