Job Description
You will be a System Integration/Test Engineer Technical Team Lead at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control in Grand Prairie, Texas, responsible for supporting the development, integration, and test of an advanced missile system. Our team is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions, and you will play a key role in providing technical leadership, test planning, subsystem and system test/flight test coordination, reporting, and customer engagement.
What You Will Be Doing
As a System Integration/Test Engineer Team Lead, you will be responsible for:
Providing technical leadership and oversight of Integration and Test (I&T) activities, including subsystem integration and test, ground and flight system testing, and coordination of laboratories and test ranges
Developing, preparing, and executing comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules supporting launcher integration tests and flight tests
Preparing and supporting technical interchange meetings, customer design reviews, Test Readiness Reviews, and Pre-Ship Reviews
Serving as the main Lockheed Martin interface to the customer test team and ensuring on-time deliveries of program work products to the customer
Providing troubleshooting leadership, identifying cause and corrective action to resolve technical production problems, and developing re-test instructions when needed
Identifying and leading the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and increase the repeatability, efficiency, and throughput of test operations
Ensuring that configuration management is maintained with all documentation
Traveling to Camden, AR to support missile fabrication and test, and to Woomera Test Range, Australia to support flight tests (~20%)

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 5 years of professional experience. Considered an emerging authority.
Experience providing technical leadership and oversight of Integration and Test (I&T) activities, including subsystem integration and test, ground and flight system testing, and coordination of laboratories and test ranges
A good understanding of basic electrical, software, and mechanical engineering skills
Experience with ground launched missile systems development and test activities
Experience with collaboration / leading multi-functional teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications
Final Secret Clearance required to start
