Description:
We are seeking a mobile engineer with experience with Flutter to join our dynamic team at Clarity Innovations. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing innovative products and contributing to the success of our projects.
This individual will be responsible for transforming an analog board game into a secure, accessible mobile application available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You will work alongside a team to develop a high-quality, compliant, and user-focused product.

Description:
We are seeking a mobile engineer with experience with Flutter to join our dynamic team at Clarity Innovations. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing innovative products and contributing to the success of our projects.
This individual will be responsible for transforming an analog board game into a secure, accessible mobile application available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You will work alongside a team to develop a high-quality, compliant, and user-focused product.
Primary Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Contribute to the design and implementation of a mobile game using Flutter and Dart
- Collaborate with Product and Design to convert game mechanics into intuitive mobile experiences
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including spring planning, standups, and retrospectives
- Recommend libraries and tooling that fit requirements
- Collaborate with other developers to design and optimize code
- Document all programming tasks and procedures
- Work closely with the security team to implement mobile security best practices
- Adhere to project and federal compliance standards, including accessibility and performance benchmarks
Required:
- 1 - 2 years of experience developing mobile applications using Flutter
- Proficiency in Dart and familiarity with state management, routing, and Flutter UI components
- Familiarity with the Flutter Casual Games Toolkit, Flame, and other mobile dev game engines
- Familiarity with both iOS and Android mobile ecosystems
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a remote Agile team
Desired:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps tools and processes such as Git, Concourse, GitLabCI, SonarQube, Fortify, and ThreadFix
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Experience with Scrum, or other agile methodologies
