Job Title: Sr. Varicent Developer
Location: Remote


Job Description:

Our direct client is looking to onboard experienced Sr. Varicent Developers to support their incentive compensation technology initiatives. These are remote positions requiring strong development expertise in Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM/ISM) modules, along with solid data integration and workflow knowledge.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance compensation solutions using Varicent for a variety of incentive plans.

  • Implement and configure ISM modules such as Composer, Portal Access, Task Manager, Query Tool, and Presenter.

  • Design and optimize reports and dashboards utilized within the Varicent platform.

  • Work with workflows and web forms to streamline and automate compensation processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, build scalable solutions, and ensure data integrity.

  • Manage large data volumes between systems using ETL concepts and best practices.


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of overall software development experience.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing Varicent ISM modules.

  • Strong proficiency in configuring and customizing incentive compensation plans in Varicent.

  • Demonstrated experience with reporting, workflow design, and web forms.

  • Solid understanding of ETL processes, and experience handling large-scale data integrations.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
