Job Overview
We are looking for a Scrum Master who has experience supporting teams working on ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
The Scrum Master will run all Agile ceremonies, help the team deliver ERP enhancements on time, and work with business and technical teams to keep projects moving smoothly.Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a Scrum Master who has experience supporting teams working on ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
The Scrum Master will run all Agile ceremonies, help the team deliver ERP enhancements on time, and work with business and technical teams to keep projects moving smoothly.Key Responsibilities
- Run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives
- Work with SAP/Oracle teams to understand tasks, dependencies, and timelines
- Remove blockers and ensure smooth sprint delivery
- Work with Product Owner to refine user stories and priorities
- Track sprint progress and share updates with stakeholders
- Coordinate with functional analysts, developers, testers, and business users
- Identify risks and help the team improve processes
- Maintain Jira/Confluence or similar Agile tools
- 5 8+ years as a Scrum Master
- Experience working with SAP or Oracle ERP modules
- Good understanding of ERP processes, data, testing, and releases
- Strong communication and team facilitation skills
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
- Certifications: CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP
- Experience in large tech companies
- Experience with ERP migrations or multi-module projects
