IT Project Manager Role Expectations
  • The Project Manager will serve as the primary interface between IT and Business stakeholders, working closely with senior leadership.
  • Key focus areas include:
    • Driving delivery and execution discipline
    • Building and maintaining stakeholder confidence
    • Establishing clear communication and governance
  • The role requires strong leadership presence, credibility, and the ability to manage both delivery and relationships effectively.
5. Skills and Experience Requirements
  • Strong foundational Project Management expertise
  • Proven ability to work with Director- and VP-level stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills with a high degree of professionalism and empathy
  • Experience in:
    • Building and managing project roadmaps
    • Effective status reporting
    • Budget tracking and alignment
    • Risk management and maintaining RAID logs
  • Ability to independently handle required project administration activities
6. Delivery Methodology
  • The project follows an Agile delivery model.
  • Experience performing Scrum Master responsibilities is considered a plus, though not mandatory.
7. Logistics and Engagement Model

  • The role requires monthly travel for in-person stakeholder engagement.
  • The engagement is expected to begin as a Contract-to-Hire / Contract arrangement, with potential conversion based on performance.
  • A Project Manager (current) transition is planned around January 23rd, with interim coverage in place.
8. Key Stakeholder Interaction
  • The Project Manager will work closely with a small group of senior stakeholders, including IT leadership and multiple VP-level business leaders.
