Experience: 9+ Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead cross-functional technical initiatives in a fast-paced and complex engineering environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering program management, Agile delivery, and stakeholder alignment across multiple technology teams.
This role involves driving planning, execution, and delivery of technical roadmaps, fostering collaboration among engineering leaders, and ensuring strategic alignment across organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:-
Partner with engineering and product leaders to define and deliver strategic and tactical program objectives.

Plan, execute, and manage program and portfolio roadmaps across multiple technology verticals.

Drive alignment, prioritization, and transparency across all technical initiatives.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with key business and technology stakeholders.

Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and dependencies to ensure delivery success.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and operations teams.

Lead status reporting, roadmap updates, and communication to executive leadership.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.

Coach and mentor teams in modern Agile and engineering management practices.

Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional engineering programs.

Strong understanding of software development processes, CI/CD, APIs, and microservices.

Proficiency with Agile methodologies and engineering workflow tools (e.g., GitHub, Jira).

Experience managing programs across multiple geographic locations.

Strong skills in risk management, dependency tracking, and OKR execution.

Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in the security domain (preferred but not mandatory).

This position is based in Austin, TX. Candidates must be able to work onsite 3 days per week.
