Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with strong expertise in managing and evolving a Technical Capability Model (TCM) to join our team supporting Humana. This role will play a key part in enabling architectural alignment, rationalization, and strategic technology planning across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Capability Model Ownership:
Lead and manage the Technical Capability Model (TCM), ensuring capability owners maintain high-quality, accurate data. - Feature Development:
Enhance the TCM with features that improve both functionality and the user experience. - User Experience Optimization:
Customize and optimize the TCM interface for various business and technical personas to ensure usability across teams. - Technology Rationalization:
Utilize the TCM to identify technology rationalization opportunities that align with organizational efficiency goals. - Data Quality Initiatives:
Educate users on TCM functionality and benefits. Lead data improvement campaigns to ensure quality and completeness. - Support Enterprise Initiatives:
Align the TCM with enterprise architecture and security roadmaps, supporting long-term organizational goals. - Application Scorecard Integration:
Define maturity metrics within the TCM and publish this data to the application scorecard for increased transparency and informed prioritization.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience managing and optimizing a Technical Capability Model (TCM)
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to drive technology rationalization
- Ability to educate and engage cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience with application maturity scoring and integration with scorecard tools
